Positives-Reception staff were all exceptional, very nice and helpful, especially Haider and Ozlem .They went out of their way to help us when we fell ill. Hotel location is excellent, five minutes walk from Mark Antalya Mall and about 15 minutes walk from the sea and central Antalya. The area surrounding the hotel has many restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. The breakfast at the hotel was good and can order freshly prepared Omelettes and fried eggs at no extra cost. Negatives-cleaning maid did not do a good job in cleaning the room or the bathroom. She constantly forgets to put the daily water bottles and soap, so we had to go to the reception on many occasions to get the water and soap. The daily cleaning of the toilet was poor. There was some traffic noise during the night, but tolerable.

Grand Negriz was a great stay. For the price, nothing beats this place. Free breakfast, 24h service, staff was helpful! Some other folks were complaining for absence of some services - you shouldn't complain when you're getting a huge discount! Easy 5 stars for me regardless of price!

My brothers room had so many issues. The toilet was constantly flushing on its own, the balcony door was broken, the shower wasn’t properly sealed and the bathroom would flood. They told the staff and nothing was done to fix it, they couldn’t even order to switch their room.
