Our stay at the Imperial Turkiz Resort was very disappointing from the start. We arrived at 2 a.m., and the receptionist was unhelpful, giving no clear directions to our room. The hallway was dark, and the room was hard to find, especially with a baby. We also noticed other guests being escorted, which made us feel overlooked. The room was not what we booked sea view. Although called an “upgrade,” it was far away, dusty, and had a terrible smell from the shower drain. Staff said it was due to the room not being used and offered no real solution. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. The baby cot we requested in advance was missing, and when it arrived, the staff member seemed annoyed. Housekeeping was poor—we had to repeatedly ask for cleaning, towels, and basic service. Even then, it was inconsistent. Maintenance was also disorganized, with a late-night visit waking our baby unnecessarily. The food was fresh and enjoyable, and the hotel itself looks luxurious, but service was far below expectations. Communication was difficult as many staff spoke little English. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and customer care made our stay unpleasant. We would not recommend this hotel.

definitely not a 5 star hotel. Plugs coming off walls. Electrical cables coming out the wall. Food was not labeled at any time. Phone in room did not work the entire week even though we asked for it to be fixed. Limited English spoken at the hotel. Indoor pool was not available and had not been for some time. Photos are very deceiving and The beach is only accessible when you exit the hotel onto the road.

This hotel is as far from 5 stars as it can be. Rooms are in in an old condition with shabby bathrooms. The AC is working quite poorly given the searing temperatures outside. What's more, they had the hotel-wide outage one day which made us and other guests suffer through the night in the extreme heat with no acknowledgment of the situation or apology. You can tell the staff at the cafeteria works hard, but the food is quite unpalatable for the most part. Somehow they manage to cook basic dishes in a way that makes you not want to try them again and source bland-tasting vegetables which I've always thought wouldn't be the case in Turkey. In terms of other services, I found it strange that at the spa they try really hard to push massage packages on you with a sales pitch. We left a day earlier and don't regret it. Of course, the hotel refused to provide a reimbursement for the last night we didn't spend there. ---------------- Этот отель настолько далёк от 5 звёзд, насколько это вообще возможно. Номера в старом состоянии, с обшарпанными ванными комнатами. Кондиционер работает очень плохо, учитывая палящую жару на улице. Более того, в один из дней в отеле произошёл сбой AC, из-за чего нам и другим гостям пришлось мучиться всю ночь в сильнейшей жаре — без какого-либо признания проблемы или извинений со стороны отеля.

Worse hotel and staff

I booked a wheel chair accessible room, when I arrived it was not ready. My first day was wasted and I didn’t get the room until night time. The room is full of ants! The Air condition is not working. I called several times but no response. I went down to the reception at 11 pm to fix the A/C but they didn’t. At 3 am I got an Asthma attack because of the heat and no air circulation in the room. I called the reception again and they sent a technician to fix the A/C but he didn’t. Today is my second day and it’s 2:15 pm and the room is not cleaned, the ants still carolling in the room, and the a/c is not fixed. Barely anyone speaks English in this hotel. The lady at the bakery is very rude. Staff don’t care if I’m suffering fro the heat or unhappy. Also, the hotel website and hotels.ca advertise that the hotel is 4 miles from the airport. The truth is the hotel is about an hour away from the hotel. Very bad experience.

Wir waren bereits zum vierten Mal in diesem Hotel, weshalb wir einen guten Vergleich zu den vergangenen Jahren haben. Leider müssen wir sagen, dass unser letzter Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung war und wir definitiv nicht mehr wiederkommen werden. Das größte Problem war für uns die Qualität des Essens. Im Vergleich zu den Vorjahren hat diese deutlich nachgelassen. Besonders die Snackbar am Strand hat uns enttäuscht. Das Essen war sehr fettig und wir hatten zudem den Eindruck, dass die hygienischen Standards dort nicht eingehalten werden. Ebenfalls sehr unangenehm war der Umgang einiger Mitarbeiter mit den Gästen. Da ich Türkisch verstehe, konnte ich mehrfach mitbekommen, wie hinter dem Rücken von Gästen gesprochen wurde. Ein professioneller und respektvoller Umgang mit Gästen sollte in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie selbstverständlich sein. Ein weiterer großer Kritikpunkt betrifft den Strandbereich. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden regelmäßig externe Besucher gegen Bezahlung auf den hoteleigenen Strandabschnitt gelassen. Dadurch war der Strand oft überfüllt und die Atmosphäre entsprach nicht dem, was wir von einem Hotelstrand erwarten. Besonders störend war, dass einige dieser externen Besucher übermäßig Alkohol konsumierten und sich entsprechend laut verhielten. Noch unangenehmer war jedoch, dass weibliche Hotelgäste teilweise auffällig angestarrt wurden. Meine Frau und unsere beiden Töchter haben sich dadurch sehr unwohl gefühlt.

Otel konum olarak plaja ve çarşıya olan yakınlığıyla dikkat çekiyor. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve ilgililer. Karşılama personeli Nurayim Hanım ve özellikle 16:00-00:00 saatleri arasında çalışan Batman’ lı Ramazan Bey ve Dila Hanım yemek yerken bizlerle çok ilgilendiler teşekkür ederiz. Sabah kahvaltısında bizleri güler yüzle karşılayan Erman Bey’ e de çok teşekkür ederim. Odalar çok geniş ve kullanışlı. Tek olumsuz şey banyo ve tuvaletlerin yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Cafesi oldukça güzeldi vakit geçirmek için ideal. Yemekleri çok çeşitli olup lezzet konusunda bizleri tatmin etti.

Hotellet har en fremragende beliggenhed, tæt på markedet og stranden. Hotellets personale er meget venlige og hjælpsomme (især Ramadan Erdogan og Arman Dogan). En af hotellets ulemper er dog, at måltiderne næsten er de samme hver dag, og der er kun én slags morgenmadsbrød og én slags sodavand(Pepsi).derfor jeg synes at hotellet skal ikke 5 stjerner ( maske 4) Ellers alt er ok

Le week-end cest bien passé. Un directeur yildrim bienveillant qui a permis que je passe un super moment d'anniversaire.
