The staff was very nice and very pro active. Our room's door was not functioning properly and wasn't locking. However, the receptionist fixed it very quickly. They also kept our baggage for half of the day after check out. The room had a fridge and kettle, also free tea from downstairs. Location is great just a couple of minutes walking to Antalya Mall.

I spent a week in Kalispera hotel - i booked 3 days in the beginning and ended up extending for a week, I honestly loved my stay - the staff was extremely helpful, especially Ceyhun and Gizem. I will not hesitate to rebook in Kalispera for my next visit. thanks All!

Loved everything about the hotel. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. Only downside is the area and how noisy it can get during sleep hours but that’s not the hotels fault at all.

The basement family room was ok but lacks enough ventilation due to that reason there was a smell of damp but the staff where very helpful

The hotel was so nice and clean the location was perfect close to everything ( the old city kaleici) bazars, malls and getting to the beach was easy we only needed one bus the staff were so nice and friendly especially suleiman they even surprised us by putting flowers all over the room on our last day I highly recommend it .
