When we look at the room and general environment, everywhere is spotlessly clean and shiny. Mahmut and the other employees are also very tidy and clean in terms of clothing. This is very nice when welcoming guests.

We came here from another five star hotel, trusting the comments. I wish we had come here before. Mr. Mahmut does his job very well. The hotel is very nice. What more can I say?

The room is not clean. Bed sheet is not clean. There is no sound insulation. There is a huge gap under the door of guest room and you can hear everything in the hallway & from next door room. Even 2:30am at night you can hear people talking…. Very noisy… Lift is tiny. Fit 3 people only. Where there is huge group of people arriving hotel, the waiting time is unlimited.

The wonderful and hot options offered for breakfast were delicious. Our child ate it with pleasure and our son played with Mr. Mahmut. Normally, we would never approach strangers. We loved it as a family. We recommend this hotel with peace of mind

The location of the hotel is great for transportation, right in the middle of everywhere. Thanks to the staff and Mr. Mahmut. You can also go anywhere you want quickly. The waterfall and the zoo were very nice.
