The property is good. Clean nice and well kept. Entertainment crew is very nice. They work hard. Also the Cleaning crew is perfect. Keeping the rooms clean. The only thing that needs little improvement is cocktails they need more options when it comes to drinks. Also the Bartenders need more training. There wore some Bartenders great and I order the same drink from different person the drink taste different not good at all. They need to train those ppl little more. Overall I love the place and we had fun.

10/10 - This was our first family holiday in Turkey and the hotel was absolutely superb. We could not fault the hotel in any area, the cleanliness, entertainment, facilities, location, food, hotel setup and Staff were out of this world. We travelled with 3 children including 1 toddler at 16 months old and the whole experience at Swandor was nothing short of fantastic. Every staff member was polite and very engaging, this also included the other guests, every person during our stay was superb with no problems at all throughout. From the transfer booked through the hotel to the champagne and Turkish Delight reception to exceptional entertainment through every day to the gym facilities, we genuinely cannot fault anything. 10/10! Thank you Swandor and the team! We will be back for sure! The Hyde Family!

The hotel is immaculate and the facilities top class. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. There is a vast choice of food and drinks to suit all tastes. Rooms are immaculate As d cleaned and serviced daily The hotel is a little isolated from the nearest town, Lara and make sure and haggle on taxi prices if u call one. Also make sure you have everything you need with you as the shops are horrendously expensive even for the likes of sun cream. €65 for what is €20 or less in a pharmacy! My wife got a small bottle of nail varnish remover €12! Having said all that, we had a great holiday and spent a lot of time at the private beach on the property which was well serviced with a complimentary bar and restaurant. While we are well beyond parenthood, kids seem to have plenty of entertainment opportunities.

My Unforgettable Stay at Swandor I can confidently say this trip was one of the most magical experiences of my life. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into a dream. If you're craving a true escape from the hustle of everyday life, Swandor is your sanctuary. Imagine waking up to golden sunlight streaming through your balcony, the gentle hush of the morning wrapping you in peace,even with families around, the atmosphere remains blissfully serene. Your day begins with a leisurely stroll to the breakfast buffet, where every bite feels like a warm hug. Pro tip: if you're an iced coffee lover like me, grab a glass of ice from the bar and pour in the freshly brewed coffee,perfection! After breakfast, the day is yours. Whether you choose to lounge by the pool or sink your toes into the soft sands of the beach, the sun is always smiling down. Treat yourself to a refreshing mocktail (I highly recommend the non-alcoholic mojito!) and let the hours drift by. And yes,unlimited ice cream is a thing here. It’s every sweet tooth’s dream come true. When hunger strikes again, you’re spoiled for choice. Enjoy a relaxed lunch at the main restaurant or dine with a view at the beachfront spot both offer delicious options that hit the spot. Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The food was outstanding, offering a delightful variety that catered to all tastes. The entertainment options were equally impressive, providing engaging activities for all ages. The kids club was a highlight, offering a safe and fun environment for children. All the facilities were impeccably maintained, and there was no shortage of activities to enjoy. The hamam bath was a particularly memorable experience, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. However, our experience was slightly marred by an interaction with one employee (Kurbangul) who occasionally oversees the hamam massages and baths. Unfortunately, this individual was quite rude and unprofessional, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standards of service throughout the hotel. Despite this, our overall experience was overwhelmingly positive, and we would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We’ve only vacationed at Caribbean resorts in the past, so this was our first time visiting Turkey — and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! Even though we always choose 5-star hotels, Swandor Topkapi Palace has truly been the best one so far. Everything was amazing — from the beautifully maintained grounds to the lovely beach, and especially the delicious food. We stayed in a duplex, which was perfect for us and my 79-year-old mom — very spacious and comfortable for three adults. I’d like to give a very special shout-out to a wonderful staff member named Dilafruz. On our first day, while we were away for our dental appointments, my mom got lost on the resort grounds. Dilafruz not only helped her find her way back to our room but also made sure she had something to eat. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care touched me deeply, and I’ll always be grateful for the way she looked after my mom. It was truly above and beyond, and that kind of compassion is rare to find. Thank you, Swandor Topkapi Palace, for such a beautiful and unforgettable stay!
