Closed hotel

The hotel closed its doors a month ago. Did not see the hotel. Not sure who's fault it was but no communication received neither from hotel or website.

I need a refund. No one was there to let me in. Property was pitch black and there was no one around. They said they would email instructions and they never did. It was a total ripoff. I had to go stay someplace else.
