3 clear and bright rooms of 65m2, large terrace, beautiful view of the pool, sea and mountains. Located in a beautiful park with large swimming pool and paddling pool for young children + pétanque area.
2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds (one 160 x 200 and one 140 x 190) and, in the living room, a sofa bed (130X190) with thick and very comfortable mattress.
Sheets provided on request.
10 mins from the beaches and the motorway exit. Shops and bus stops nearby.
We rent preferably by the fortnight, from Saturday to Saturday.
The apartment is quiet and not overlooked, on the 4th floor with elevator, you can sunbathe peacefully on the terrace. Its double east-west exposure offers very pleasant natural ventilation and a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and swimming pool. All large bay windows are fitted with electric shutters. Pool view from the large terrace and the 1st bedroom. Sea view from the balcony and the 2nd bedroom. On the terrace with blinds: table, garden chairs and deckchairs.
Equipped kitchen (hotplates and electric oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, drying racks, iron and ironing board, etc.) Very bright living room (table with extensions, chairs, fiber TV, WIFI internet connection, sofa bed) Two bedrooms with double beds and large closets, desk, chest of drawers, bathroom with shower and bath, hairdryer, separate wc.
