A few steps from the shops and animations, you will not lack anything to enjoy a nice stay in the South.
This nice30 sq. m studio, is located on the 2nd floor (with lift) and includes :
- a beautiful living area with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bathroom with shower,
- a well equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, fridge, freezer, hotplates),
- hoover, hairdryer, ironing equipment, air conditioning,
- TV, Wi-Fi.
→ Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.
→ Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo

A management fee of €330 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

A 100m away from the beach and the Vauban port, very close to the Picasso museum, in the heart of the Old Antibes, you will be in the immediate vicinity of all the places that make the reputation of this pretty southern town: the Fort Carré, the Vauban port, the Provencal market... It will also only take you 20 minutes to walk to Juan-les-Pins and its many bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Thanks to the proximity of the station, you can also easily discover the other cities of the Côte d'Azur.

Antibes train station → 5 min by car or 10 min on foot
Nice-Côte d'Azur airport → 18 min by car

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for handing you the keys.
