• Like most charming old buildings in the heart of Antibes, there’s no lift – the apartment is on the 3rd floor, so you’ll get a little workout with your holiday!

Ideally located in one of the most emblematic streets of Old Antibes, close to all amenities, this magnificent apartment in a 17th century building has been recently renovated by an owner who loves interior decoration, combining Mediterranean charm and modern comfort. with Wifi, Netflix, bluetooth speaker & Smart TV.



Côté Aubernon has been completely renovated with a new bathroom and a new fully equipped kitchen. Very well laid out, it can accommodate 2 or 3 people with the necessary comfort for a perfect stay.



The main advantages of this apartment are comfort & location. Just a stone's throw away you will find the Provençal market, bakeries, cheese makers, butchers and small local supermarkets. You are free to choose to dine in one of the many excellent local restaurants or cook yourself a delicious meal in the kitchen of the apartment.



Of course, the central location of this apartment makes parking difficult. This is why, if you ask us, we can help you rent, with a small supplement, a car park located 150 m from the property.

Comfortable apartment in a great position

Generally very good. Well equipped, very comfortable bed. Good, powerful shower. Surprisingly quiet despite being on one of the main streets of bars / restaurants. Not an issue as it was really only a place to sleep but the apartment doesnt reallt have a view from the windows & the only sofa (also a sofa bed I think) was quite small and not particularly comfortable. Appreciate that space is limited but a larger / mire comfortable sofa would be an improvement.

This apartment is clean, with modern appliances and in great condition. Its location is great - right near restaurants, cathedral, ramparts walkway and market. For some reason our emails to letting agent were not responded t; but all was fine.

Central Apartment in Antibes

The place is small and centrally located. We had issues with checkin and communication, which was blamed on a new staff member. Automated email communication told us to arrange a meet time for check in (which we did), but nobody showed up. Owner expected us to use self check in instructions (that never were sent). Hard to get hold of someone to correct it.

A perfect place in a perfect location!

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The place is small and at the top of a long staircase, but we didn't mind either of these things at all. It was clean and updated, with a cozy bed and pillows, soft towels, a modern bathroom, and a cute kitchen space. You can see the mountains out one window, and it's very quiet even though it's in the middle of the neighborhood with restaurants literally outside the front door and the marina and museums all nearby. It was very easy to communicate with property management via email and they even helped us organize a driver to get back to the airport at the end of our stay. Everything about our stay was easy and pleasant!
