Nice hotel

Cons: Having more than one member of staff in the bar in the evening. A lot of work for one person (which they do very well)

Location: Location not that great a few bars just down the road and a couple of supermarkets. About a 45 minute walk into the next town Caleta de Fuste

Excellent staff food not too bad sometimes the food they had at lunchtime would have been better served in the evening. e.g steaks etc.

No beach, Street parking,but gates always open to hotel private parking... 👌 Food could be better,not to much what to choose for breakfast or dinner, after 5 days didn't want to go to eat . Nothing to do in area,no pubs or clubs ,or tourist shops,need to go in next bigger town.

Lovely relaxing break

I stayed here for four nights from 31 March 15 with my husband on an all inclusive basis. I have nothing but praise for this hotel, especially their wonderful staff! Location - it is about a 30 minute walk into Caleta de Fuste, but it's a lovely walk along the coast, alternatively it is about a 4 - 5 euro taxi ride in. Apartments - we stayed in apartment 215, from the balcony we had a great view out over the beautiful pool area. It had a bedroom (with twin beds - which were without doubt the comfiest hotel beds I have ever slept in!), a lounge with a kitchen area and breakfast bar and a bathroom. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and cleaned on a daily basis. Towels were changed but as we were only there four nights the sheets etc were not. Food - there was a wide variety offered at each meal to suit all tastes and we certainly did not go hungry. Service in the restaurant was excellent and food was replenished on a regular basis. Staff - the staff at this hotel cannot be praised enough in my opinion they work extremely hard and nothing is too much trouble. Five Star service!!! Areas around the hotel were also spotless and there was discreet evidence of cleaning and general maintenance. The pool area is beautiful - a bit like a Spanish square with a large freeform swimming pool, a smaller children's pool and a snack bar. Sunbeds were plentiful and all in extremely good condition. We popped into hotels were had also considered within the same price bracket (which were in the heart of Caleta de Fuste) and were very relieved that we picked this one. I feel that you get better quality and value for money by staying just outside the main resort and it tends to be more peaceful. Hotel Transfers - we took the advice of others and did not book a transfer - taxis are plentiful right outside the arrivals area of the airport and cost 11 euro to the hotel. Aircraft noise - despite being so close to the airport we did not hear or see aircraft. All in all, I would definitely return to this lovely hotel in the future.

DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THIS HOTEL

Kitchen work surfaces running with ants. Their solution was to put a can of insect spray in the room while we were out. No further follow-up. Sheets weren't changed until the 10th day, with just one night remaining. No aircon - if you needed a fan you had to hire one, same for kettle, hairdryer. The furniture and fittings were in an appalling state of dilapidation. The sofa was so uncomfortable we couldn't sit on it. The one other chair wasn't much better. The stairs and passageways were dark and gloomy, with half the lights not working, to a point some nights where it was dangerous.The whole place needs stripping and renovating, or closing down. We weren't expecting luxury, but it wasn't even pleasant. In fact, we couldn't wait for our flight home.

Les chambres sont très grande et très propre et suffisamment moderne. L'hôtel est peut-être un peu excentré par rapport à l'animation Toutes les parties communes sont très propre, le personnel est globalement très sympathique. Les repas sont peut-être un petit peu limites Les desserts sont inexistants ou alors pas top Globalement un hôtel que je conseille avec le tout inclus c'est top

Des point possitif comme négatif

Chambre tres grande et literie tres confortable nous somme un couple de 30 ans et nous etions la que quelque nuit. Mais malheureusement notre chambre etais pres du bar et nous avons eu le droit a des cris et bcp de bruits jusqua au moin 2 hr du matin. Il faut un voiture pour aller au village qui est a coté plein de super restaurant. Et ausi pour visité. Tres pratique avant ou apre avoir pris l'avion car a moin de 10 m de route de l'aeroport.

Le personnel très agréable et serviable, mais l'hôtel est vétuste, on entend le voisin ronfler, télés cathodiques avec 4 chaines, wifi payant et très cher, le restaurant est pas mauvais, et l'hôtel est plutôt bien placé, pas loin de l'aéroport. On y a quand même passé un bon séjour,
