Travelled with family and small children
Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Booked and confirmed 4 days in advance BUT 2 hours before check-in I was sent a message that the house that I booked was no longer available disappointingly. On the day notification with 1 hrs to check-in meant that myself and my family had no choice but to accept an alternative property a little distance away. I was actually really upset and disgusted with the utter unprofessionalism.
