Dear Mr. Besse, I am sorry that our service were not what you expected.As for the criticism when we asked you if everything is okay or if you have a complaint, you told us that everything is fine. So I would like to tell you that unfortunately you never came from the reception so to express some dissatisfaction that you had to proceed with its solution. We were at your disposal at any time in order to make your accommodation more enjoyable.
