I was shocked to find the cheapest / hard toilet paper in the toilet … the breakfast is very poor ( no eggs) it does not feel your stsying at a Hilton … more like Ibis Style ..

Dear Mrs/Mr, Thank you for sharing your feedback from your stay with us. I am genuinely sorry to hear you were disappointed with the quality of our buffet. Your experience clearly does not meet with the standards we strive for. I find it strange to read that you could not find any eggs, because we serve with each breakfast scrambled and boiled eggs. Maybe you came at the moment that we just did a refill, but in the future you can always ask. Cons: The hotel is opposite the central train station and there is no easy access by car to the hotel. Room windows can't be open to refresh the air. Room cleaning was mainly about making the beds, the didn't replace the cups we used for tea with clean ones, or we found some dust on the floor. Pros: the hotel is very centrally located, so we didn't need to use any public transport or taxi. The staff are professional, nice and polite. the Breakfast is good.
