Auguste Lambermont represents this amazing two-bedroom apartment at the ground floor of guesthouse Maison Brederode Anvers. Completely renovated in January 2022, this brand new residence with unique interior design is a true asset to the SHWAY Collection. Located in the chique south area of the city center, this is the perfect location to discover Antwerp from!

You will enter the apartment with a codelock and step right into the dining and living area on your right and the big kitchen on your left. The door to the bathroom is also immediately on your left and you need to walk to the bathroom to get to the master bedroom.
The master bedroom is very quiet as it is located in the back of the building; the soft colors, the 3,5 meter high built-in closet with desk, the TV with streaming service and the super comfortable queen size boxspring bed with Egyptian cotton linen, down pillows and 240cm duvet, make sure you have the ultimate hotel suite feeling. The en-suite bathroom has a rain shower, sink, toilet and shampoo & conditioner from Rituals Cosmetics.

The spacious living area consists out of the oak wood table with 10 seats (perfect for meetings, workshops or just having dinner), two super comfortable designer chairs from FEST Amsterdam (approved to watch a 2-hour movie from), a big TV with streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, Youtube and a built-in Chromecast) and the big Stone Blue kitchen with in the back a private patio with two seats. We can not choose which one of the three area's is the eye catcher of the room....;)
The kitchen has an oven, a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a water kettle, cooking- and table utensils and basic amenities; coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper and dishwashing tablets.

The total package of the facilities, interior and service of SHWAY, will result in a unique Antwerp experience beyond a night of sleep. As we are responsible for guarding the quality of every stay of each guest of ours, we can only accept guests who will be responsible of our property and interior and who will respect our house rules.

This area of Antwerp is hot and happening!!! It belongs to the old and rich neighborhood 't Zuid, which now is known as a vibrant neighborhood with a lot of great great restaurants, high fashion and haute couture, amazing facades and architecture and the biggest and richest museum of Flanders: the KMSKA. Located in a quiet side street of this neighborhood, you will walk from this apartment within 5 minutes to the KMSKA, within 5 minutes to the Marnixplaats, within 10 minutes to the Nationalestraat and within 15 minutes to the Grote Markt and historic center of Antwerp.
You can also easily take trams and busses at the end of the street to Antwerp Central Station and to all other highlights and hotspots in the city.

You can park the car on the streets in this neighborhood for €5,- per day, only between 19:00 and 9:00hours, on official holidays and on Sundays you can park the car for free. Indigo Parking Nationale Bank (€14,- per 24hours) is located within 10 minutes walking distance. You can also easily take trams and busses at the end of the street to Antwerp Central Station and to all other highlights and hotspots in the city.

Le Lambermont is one of the 4 residences in guesthouse Maison Brederode Anvers. Each residence in this townhouse can be booked separately and guarantees its own privacy. It is also possible to combine more residences when you want to stay with more guests (different families, different couples, different groups of friends, colleagues etc.) but have your own privacy. You can gather the whole group up to twelve people at the big table of Le Lambermont.

- Any type of drugs is strictly forbidden in and around the building.
- No pets allowed inside the total building.
- The total number of occupants may not exceed the quoted number.
