Really nice and clean rooms. Onsen bath can be overcrowded at times. Think of 10-20 people in a relatively small onsen bath. As it is near the station, there are international travellers who may not understand the culture. There was a latino man with his half japanese child and they were chatting and talking very loudly. The 7-8 year old kid was splashing water around and swimming in the onsen bath. Otherwise, it was a really nice and pleasant stay.

This property is so convenient to everything in downtown Aomori. We got off the local train and the hotel was right there in front of us. On very cold days you could literally not leave the building as a large shopping mall with diverse stores and restaurants is connected to the train station and hotel. The Nebuta museum is across the street as is the A Factory. Down the main street are numerous homey restaurants. The hotel is virtually brand new and it is a top notch hotel to rest and relax

The location is very good. Room is comfortable, the apple bath is very nice, we enjoyed the time at the blue zone, love the apple juicy.

We love the spacious and new, modern room with full amenities including mulberry tea and nespresso coffee machine in the room. We enjoy the hotel onsen with full amenities and lounge with free drinks and snacks. Highly recommended. Early check-in was given to us as well. Special mention to Manager Takana who helped me file police lost and found online in Japanese. Thank you and kudos to all the staff in this hotel.

The room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, and felt luxurious. We used the public bathing areas every night - they were very relaxing and peaceful. The staff were all extremely helpful and professional and made us feel welcome at all times. We had breakfast on one morning which was fantastic - there was a wide selection and everything was top quality. I can't recommend this place enough, would definitely stay again on a return trip to Aomori.

Great overnight.

Great modern hotel right at the station. Very convenient to everything! Only downside was the rock hard bed. Other than that, a great stay.

Whenever I visit Aomori City, I stay at this hotel. The staff are always kind and friendly, and the service is excellent. Both breakfast and dinner are delicious and of high quality. I highly recommend this hotel.

ホテルからの景観が本当に美しく、感動します。朝食も絶品で、特におしゃれなミニデザートが数種類用意されていて、毎日メニューが変わるので、連泊しても飽きることなくワクワクします。まるでケーキ屋さんにいるような気分が味わえるので、オススメです。
