Foi minha primeira vez que fiquei hospedado nesse hotel. Tenho que elogiar a educação, cortesia e gentilezas dos funcionários. Também preciso ressaltar a qualidade da comida do restaurante, bem como do café da manhã: tudo muito gostoso e saudável. As reclamações ficam para o tipo de apartamento: pequeno, cama com dois colchões diferentes, com a parte central muito desconfortável, um colchão mais firme e o outro macio demais; o lavabo com uma pia extremamente pequena com pouca saída de água, tipo chuveirinho, resumindo: horrível. Não gostei do apartamento, por esses motivos. Deveria ter reclamando na recepção, mas dessa vez, não quis incomodar, foi uma falha minha, deveria ter exercido o meu direito de reclamação, mas não o fiz.

A principal vantagem deste hotel é a localização, junto à Cidade do Romeiro e bem próxima à basílica. Fora isso, a experiência é boa, mas nada excepcional. Os quartos são um pouco apertados, o chuveiro é bom, mas a porta de vidro separando o vaso sanitário do restante do quarto é incômoda. A equipe da recepção é gentil e prestativa. Algo que nos incomodou foi o horário do café da manhã, que vai até às 9h30 (diferente da maioria dos hoteis que visitamos, que costuma ir até às 10h ou um pouco mais). Entendo que esse horário possa atender à maioria das pessoas que visita a cidade, mas se você estiver de férias e quiser dormir um pouco mais, pode ter que abrir mão do café. Além disso, esse horário final, que geralmente é um 'limite' para você entrar no restaurante em outros hotéis, lá é realmente a finalização do serviço: assim que bate o horário, os atendentes começam a retirar tudo rapidamente. Chegam até a perguntar se você ainda deseja algo (quando já estão retirando), mas é uma situação um pouco constrangedora e desagradável. Na prática, se quiser tomar café com calma, é preciso chegar no máximo umas 9 horas. Em resumo, para dormir só uma noite e gastar menos do que no hotel maior da rede (o Rainha do Brasil), pode ser uma opção. Para mais dias, eu buscaria outros estabelecimentos.
