The house is all prepared to provide you with the highest level of comfort and pleasure, in addition to the stylish design with beach inspiration, which adds more joy to your stay.
This unique house is part of a complex containing six other apartments. All share a modern pool with a beautiful green garden. which in turn along with the nearby hills and a vineyard, makes the wonderful view, that you will enjoy while staying there.
The apartment consists of a fully-equipped open kitchen connected to a cozy living room, two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a small balcony.
The neighborhood:
Almyrida is a seaside resort village considered the hidden gem of the Apokoronas region. It is famous for its shallow sandy beaches, the spectacular wildlife, and the taverns with delicious Greek food.
The village is easily accessible via Chania International Airport (30 Km) or Souda Bay port (15 km), and it is located just (25 km) from the Charming city of Chania, (50 Km) from Rethymno, and (126 km) from Heraklion. This central place makes the village the ideal spot for Families, groups, and couples wanting to discover the island and its amazing Beaches.
1-Pets are not allowed.
2-Parties are not allowed.
3-Guests must respect the silent hours as per Greek law.
4-The house is located in a natural environment surrounded by nature. As part of the Greek ecosystem, insects such as cicadas, bees, flies, etc. may be present in the outdoor areas.
5-External visitors require prior approval.
6-The consumption of drugs or engagement in any illegal activity, according to Greek law, is strictly prohibited on the property.
7-Any extra services requested during the stay are subject to additional charges.
8-One baby cot and one high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Any additional items are subject to an extra fee.
9-Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, utensils, or any other property supplied with the rental must not be taken out or transferred from one location to another.
10-Although the PROPERTY is in pristine condition, the OWNER cannot guarantee against failure of heating, air conditioning, WLAN, TVs, satellite receivers, or other appliances. Any inoperative equipment must be reported immediately to the contact person. The OWNER will make every reasonable effort to have repairs completed quickly and efficiently.
11-The OWNER attempts to properly maintain the PROPERTY in pristine condition; any unsafe or dangerous condition must be reported immediately to the OWNER or the Manager.
12-The GUEST acknowledges that the use of the property, including all facilities, equipment, and installations, is entirely at the GUEST’s own risk. The property management and OWNER are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during the stay.
13-Guests are fully responsible for their own safety, belongings, and personal items.
14-The host is not responsible for the behavior, noise, or actions of any third parties outside the property.
15-The manager must be notified of any events or commercial advertising activities taking place on the property, as additional fees may apply.
16-Please note that this is a private house, not a hotel. Guests are kindly asked to review the listed amenities carefully and not expect services or facilities that are not clearly stated in the listing.
17-Pool and garden (if the property has) maintenance staff will need access to the outdoor areas during your stay in order to maintain the facilities and ensure everything is in proper condition.
18-Children are welcome; however, they must always be under the full supervision and responsibility of their parents or guardians, especially when using the swimming pool.
19-Children below the age of 18 should not swim or be around the pool unsupervised.
20-The swimming pool has no lifeguard. Pool use is only for experienced swimmers and is entirely at the guests’ own risk and responsibility.
