Welcome to Number 6@the bay! This is a fantastic spot for families and small groups to enjoy a relaxed comfortable holiday. Linen provided.

This fabulous property accommodates 2 families comfortably. It features an upstairs open plan kitchen/ living/meals. The living room has 3 large comfortable couches & a 65 inch smart TV. Upstairs on the outside deck is a Weber BBQ. Downstairs is a games room (double garage) that has both a table tennis and a pool table to keep the kids entertained.

Downstairs is a 2nd living room with 2 couches, a TV and a gas heater.

The location is an easy walk to the shops, restaurants, the beach and for the kids the local school oval is at the end of the street.

Downstairs:
- Bedroom 1: Queen size bed.
- Bedroom 2: Tri-bunk and single bed.
- Downstairs bathroom with bath, separate shower and vanity. Toilet separate.
- Laundry contains upright washing machine and front loading dryer.

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: Queen size bed with ceiling fan and walk-in robe. Ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity.
- Separate 3rd toilet and vanity upstairs.
- Upstairs Includes reverse cycle air-conditioning.
- Kitchen is well equipped & includes an Aldi pod coffee machine (guests to BYO pods) and DeLongi coffee machine (BYO coffee).

Perfect house for a family

We loved this house, it had plenty of space for a family, a very well set up kitchen, comfy beds and was in a great location close to everything.
