You'll have full access to the entire condominium and be just steps away from the beautiful 9-hole, par 31* golf course and 3 tennis courts*, trails for running, walking, or biking, the historic railway, heritage bridges over 100 years old, the river and lakes, and the clubhouse with its pool, café, playground, ping pong, and billiards. This house is close to everything!

Vans, buses, minibuses, and shared taxis are not allowed in the condominium; only private cars are permitted.

The condominium charges an entrance fee of 22,000 pesos (USD 4.5) per person at the main gate. Children under 12 are free.

*Golf and tennis are available for a small fee.

*If you plan to travel to the house in something larger than a small van, keep in mind that the entrance bridge to the condominium is very narrow (2.60 meters wide) and your vehicle probably won't fit. However, you could get out before the bridge and walk, as the house is only 50 meters away.

The condominium charges an entrance fee of 22,000 pesos (USD 4.50) per person at the front door. Children under 12 stay free.

USD 50 per pet per reservation. MAXIMUM 2 PETS!

Housekeepers charge 100,000 pesos (USD 25) per day. There will be one housekeeper if your group is smaller than 8 people, and two if it is larger.

Please note that the cleaning fee charged on the VRBO booking and the fee charged by the housekeepers are different. The small VRBO cleaning fee covers preparing the house before your arrival and cleaning after your departure. The housekeepers' fee covers their work during your stay and is paid directly to them before check-out.

Please note: NO LOUD PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. The house is located in a family-friendly condominium. If you are planning a party at TopSpot, we can offer you other houses that might better suit your needs. NO MUSIC OR NOISE IS ALLOWED AFTER 1 AM! The maximum music volume is 65 dB during the day and 55 dB at night, measured in the parking area. Fines will be issued for violations and deducted from your security deposit.

You are responsible for your own food purchases. It is customary in our country for domestic staff NOT to bring their own food, so please remember to bring enough for them as well.

Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly.
