Pictures of the hotel are mislead. The hotel in reality looks like an apartment complex. There is no space to park safely on the street and if you want to park on the property grounds the parking space is limited and crowded, cars block each others. Horrible…..checking experience was terrible. The lady at the front desk was the worst, very ghetto like. Our room was a unit outside the main building and it felt like we were sleeping in the storage area. Can’t comment on cleaning and facilities because we grabbed our luggage and left the property. I simple did not feel safe as well. Booked another hotel and took the loss. For locals that are in a tight budget is fine, but if you want to enjoy your stay as a foreigner and be close to the beach, restaurants and a nice area do yourself a favor and book a better hotel.

Me decepcionei, hotel muito fraco, não recomendo, só dá recepção,o resto foi tudo ruim,quarto desconfortável,parecia que nunca foi limpo, só tinha cabelo pelo chão,toalhas encardidas,parecia sujas,pedi mais um travesseiro e me cobraram por ele,e não foi entregue pessoalmente, mandaram pelo elevador, não tem café da manhã, cobrança por qualquer coisa,esperiencia horrível

Limpeza parecia que tinham feito a 2 semanas atras, as toalhas todas manchadas e pareciam quentinham sido lavadas em um rio proximo com cheiro de mofo. Bem ruim a condição do hotel.

O café da manhã precisa descer até o térreo, pagar, pegar o voucher e depois subir para o terraço, onde é servido o café. Péssima logistica para o hóspede que um treinamento simples para o funcionário receber o pagamento resolveria. O estacionamento é pequeno, e o portão eletrônico não estava funcionando, era preciso o próprio hóspede descer do carro para abrir o portão. Cartão desmagnetizava toda hora. Um dos dias choveu e o terraço ficou todo molhado (normal), as funcionárias do café da manhã sequer se movimentaram para secar as mesas mesmo vendo os hóspedes sem ter onde sentar e ficarem procurando papel toalha no banaheiro para poder sentar. O quarto é bom, o ar condicionado é novo e funciona bem, o blackout também funciona bem.

O hotel é muito aconchegante, o atendimento é bom, nos recepcionaram muito bem . Nossa única decepção é que o quarto não tinha frigobar. Fora isso tudo dentro do esperado.

Instalações novas e confortáveis. Os colaboradores sempre muito atenciosos. O restaurante no terraço é muito bom, embora o preço seja um pouco salgado e demore um pouco. Mas a vista e a música compensam demais!

A vista do hotel é muito bonita, o quarto estava limpo e arrumado, porém nas 2 diárias que ficamos o wifi e a Tv Smart não funcionavam… Fora isso, foi tudo ok e deu para aproveitar a viagem. Conseguimos um preço bom, então, tudo bem!
