Beautiful, recently built apartment on the 1st floor of a modern building in the heart of Arcachon, with private parking.

The apartment includes an entrance hall with a closet, a toilet, a lovely living room with a sofa bed, TV, dining area, balcony, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, stovetop, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine). The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms with double beds (140cm) and one bedroom with two single bunk beds (90cm). There is also a shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet.

A parking space is available in the underground garage with access via a freight elevator. Wi-Fi is included.

Bel appartement idéalement situé !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement moderne, bien équipé, propre et très bien situé, à la lisière de la zone piétonne et à 5 minutes du front de mer. La place de stationnement était un vrai plus (même si l'accès par l'ascenseur pour voiture mériterait d'être expliqué par l'agence...). Les quelques bémols sont : l'absence de wifi (alors qu'on ne peut pas capter la 4G SFR dans l'appartement, un peu dur pour les ados), le bruit du boulevard sur lequel donnent les chambres, et la douche (sans porte, inondation assurée, surtout qu'il n'y a qu'une seule salle de bains pour une capacité de 6 personnes). Mais globalement, location agréable !

Très bonne location

Propriété très bien sécurisée, silencieuse, très proche, avec ascenseur, parking privé en sous-sol sécurisé, seul petit problème, un peu brillant côté avenue, ancien double vitrage. Sinon très très agréable, avec tout le confort espéré sur l'annonce.
