Cosy Apartment

The apartment is very cosy. Just one room ( plus bathroom) but because of the high ceiling and the effective use of space and the spacious terrace it gives enough space for 2 adults and a teenager. The beams under the ceiling in the kitchen area are approximately 1,90 m high. So it wasn’t a problem for us. The way to the next beach is really great : you can walk through little streets and enjoy the villas , enter a beautiful parc, watch the city from above, take an elevator down to the foot of the hill, and walk through a nice, relaxed street with restaurants and shops to the beach.

Un cadre de vie agréable

Le logement se trouve dans un endroit très appréciable. On peut se promener dans des environnements bucoliques. Les prestations du logement sont conformes à la description. Il n'y a pas de fioriture.

Logement bien situé, terrasse agréable. Mezzanine peut confortable et propreté à améliorer .

Location dans un cadre agréable et nous avons été bien accueilli par la propriétaire. Néanmoins nous regrettons de ne pas avoir eu de précision sur la hauteur du plafond dans la mezzanine 1m30 voir 1m20 au niveau de la poutre .La propreté laisse à désirer.

Le logement était très beau et propre sauf que la chambre en mezzanine était très basse pour se tenir debout. Autrement tout était parfait. Localisation parfaite et très beau quartier.

Agréable séjour dans la ville d’hiver

Appartement très coquet et calme avec une terrasse ensoleillée très agréable. La descente en ville est facilitée par l’ascenseur accessible aux vélos dans le parc mauresque juste à côté. L’accès à la plage Pereire est facile et moins pentu. L’utilisation de l’escalier en mezzanine pourrait être un peu compliqué l’âge venant.

Très déçu, matelas par terre, pas de lit impossible de se mettre debout dans ce que l'on appelle la chambre, plafond très bas, canapé de secours, très poussiéreux, et mauvais état ,bref impossible de dormir, donc départ très rapide

Un nid douillet sous le soleil du bassin

Tout le confort dans ce duplex décoré avec soin, une belle terrasse dans la verdure à 10 minutes à pied du centre d'arcachon en passant par le parc mauresque... Un vrai coup de cœur... J'ai adoré

Séjour très agréable

Appartement très joli, au calme dans un quartier magnifique et tout près de la ville. Bien équipé, propre et joliment décoré. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse aussi. Avons été bien accueilli. Seul bémol pour nous, la hauteur sous plafond de la mezzanine.
