You'll find all the comforts you need to accommodate up to 4 people, with a master bedroom and a mezzanine. From the entrance, a hallway leads to a multipurpose cabin, ideal for storage or a baby bed. The living room, decorated with a corner sofa, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the bay, while the fully equipped kitchen, separated by a modern bar, is equipped with all the necessary appliances: dishwasher, conventional oven, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, extractor hood, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. A hallway leads to a separate toilet equipped with a macerator. The west-facing master bedroom has a double bed (160 cm) and a closet/wardrobe lit by a high window. The bathroom also has a window for natural light. The mezzanine, accessible by a staircase from the living room (be careful of the ceiling height!), offers a double bed (160 cm) with a storage chest, lit by Velux windows. Enjoy unobstructed views of the greenery and the Arcachon Bay from the north-facing kitchen and living room windows. To access the apartment, you will have to climb about fifty steps from the residence's garden. The decor is modern and refined, and the apartment is very well equipped. The nearest shops are just 400 meters away (Allée de la Chapelle), and the town center is 800 meters away. Parking is free on the street. Internet / WIFI is available.
