Arcachon town center, a stone's throw from shops, the market, the beaches, and the train station, this attractive, fully furnished and equipped one-bedroom apartment is located in Arcachon. To access the residence's entrance, you cross a small garden with several stairs. From there, there's an elevator to the apartment.
This comfortable apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet residence with a balcony offering unobstructed views and wooded areas, and features secure private parking.
Comprising an entrance hall, a living room with a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), a TV/dining room unit (table, 4 chairs) opening onto a balcony
- a separate, fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, 4-burner gas stove, extractor hood, filter coffee maker, espresso machine
