Located 500m from the Casino, this 25m² one-bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator and tennis court, offering direct beach access:
- Entrance with two single bunk beds (80x190cm)
- Living room with a double sofa bed (140x190cm)/dining area, TV, opening onto a south-facing balcony with outdoor furniture.
Open-plan kitchen: cooktop, range hood, refrigerator, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine.
- Bathroom with toilet.
Parties are strictly prohibited in the rental (indoors and outdoors).

-Boat trips around the bird island, the tchanquée cabins, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing,
-horseback riding on the beach, Tennis, Golf.
