The property is rented to guests for sole use. The main house on the ground floor has a living room with a large open fireplace, large dining room with access to the large open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor you will reach 3 bedrooms, (1 room with 1 double bed, 1 room with a double bed. 1 room with 2 single beds), to the 2nd large bathroom with shower and a hallway. The dependance has a small kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed u. 2 single beds, bathroom no. 3 with bathtub u. Terrace. The property is conventionally built from biological materials. It is in the Tuscan style partly with antique furniture very tastefully and individually furnished. A very comfortable equipment offers you all the amenities for a pleasant holiday: WiFi, 3 TV (SAT), 2 dishwashers, 2 washing machines and an outdoor grill. Garden furniture (teak) is available at different seats. There is a very well-kept large pool (7 mx 14 m) with a fantastic view, a table tennis table and a rubber paddling pool. It is an ideal vacation home for the whole family and friends, with or without a dog! Here you can also celebrate your birthday very well!
