El lugar está muy bien ubicado, el personal es muy atento, el hotel es acogedor, el desayuno estuvo muy bueno y en general tuve una buena estadía. Lo único que puedo decir para mejorar es que la piscina tenía demasiado “cloro” y no tuve agua caliente en mi baño. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar!

From the moment I arrived, the experience was concerning. The stairway leading to my room was dirty and poorly maintained, the room itself was run down, with visibly old and worn furniture, rusty chairs, and a broken bathroom door. To make matters worse, there was no hot water available that night, making it impossible to take a proper shower. After reporting it to the front desk, and although the agent (who was very attentive and courteous) attempted to assist by “turning on the heater”, the water never reached a reasonable temperature – remaining only lukewarm at best, even after I had already run it for over 20 minutes. The experience was shared during my stay and after my stay and no response at all. They definitely do not care at all.

The Inn was nice and the staff was friendly, I was able to check in later than 3pm without any issues or late check in fee. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The only two issues I had were being able to hear the other guests and that my room had no window but I would stay again!

Room was clean . Reception clerk at check in very friendly and helpful. However , room walls are like paper. You can hear everything happening on the room adjacent. We could not sleep until 3 am that the lady next door -room 207 - stop talking loud and her kid stop screaming !! I went out my room at 12:30 am to get the security guard but could not find anyone !! Terrible sleep ! Breakfast very simple but ok.

I recently stayed at the Arecibo Inn and had a mixed experience, but overall, I’m giving it 5 stars because the value for the price is excellent. The service was truly a standout—staff members were courteous, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Check-in was quick, and any concerns were addressed professionally and efficiently. That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The hallways had a lingering unpleasant smell, likely due to people smoking despite posted policies. Better vigilance and enforcement of the no-smoking rule would improve the environment significantly. The hallways were also quite noisy at times, especially during the night. Installing better soundproof doors could help minimize the disturbance for guests. Finally, the mattresses could use an upgrade, as mine felt worn and not very comfortable. Improving mattress quality would really elevate the overall guest experience. In spite of these issues, the overall value for what I paid was excellent. With a few improvements, this hotel could easily become a top choice in the area.

Property is very run down and the walls are very thin you can here everything. The Marcos pizza attached you cant get waited on and the breakfast is bad. Are rental car got side swiped in the parking lot and drove off
