The holiday villa is within walking distance of the beach of Arenys de Mar where you can spend a nice quiet day on your towel. This town is known for its fishing port, recognized as the most important in Catalonia, where the auction of freshly caught fish takes place every evening. A wide range of restaurants in the harbor offers first-class seafood and other typical dishes from the area.

On the ground floor you will find a combined living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the 1st floor you will find a double bedroom with a bathroom and a private terrace with very beautiful sea views.
