Downstairs, the open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen are fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. From a fridge freezer to a flat-screen TV, this villa has it all under one roof. Outside, a private swimming pool, sun loungers, and outdoor dining area are set among the lush, landscaped garden. In this secluded location, relaxation comes in abundance. As the sun begins to set over paradise, why not fire up the built-in barbeque and enjoy alfresco dining.

Important Information - As can be seen in the images this villa features a waterfall feature that is linked to the swimming pool. Please do not climb, or bathe on the feature. Children should be supervised at all times.

Please note, this villa is in a hilly area. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 120cm wide.  The lounge door is 120cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 95cm wide, the living area is open plan.  To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 84cm wide, there is a large step down from the patio doors to the pool/terrace area, the path to the pool is 150cm wide.  The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the garden grounds are grassed.  The pool has steps.  The ground floor bedroom door is 75cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 80cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.  There are multiple steps leading to the first floor level, on this level there are more bedrooms and bathrooms.  *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
