This 3-star rated house is new. It has a 100-sq.m living space located in quiet area. It offers all the comforts, a south-facing terrace with mountain views, electric awning, garden furniture, sun loungers, a sofa, refrigerator, a barbecue, a 300-sq.m lawn with table football, and a 20-sq.m garage with table football, 2 bikes, and a game room.
