In the heart of the Allocigale residence, a 2-hectare enclosed wooded park, a former vineyard transformed into a pine grove since 1970, where it is pleasant to relax under the trees and cool off in the communal pool, the Cigale 1 apartment welcomes you on the garden level of the "La Cigale" villa. Spacious and bright, it offers 55 sqm on a single level, ideally designed for families with young children.

A natural extension of the living room, the large 35 sqm south-facing terrace provides a true outdoor living space with table, garden chairs and lounge furniture, in the shade of the pines. A communal barbecue is available in the park.
