Very good hotel

Very good hotel right in the middle of everything lots of restaurants and bars. We had a sea view room, very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the parking as it is slightly difficult to find your way in.

A great hotel but very noisy outside!

A nice hotel but the noise coming from across the road made for one of the worst nights sleep we have had in a very long time. The staff were very supportive and agreed that as they were in the middle of everything that happens, it is noisy.

Nuits atroces

Chambre familiale 108 face à la mer au premier étage durant une semaine au mois d’aout 2019. Le bruit environnant est atroce. Même avec des fenêtres et volets fermés + protections auditives (même pour les enfants qui n’arrivaient pas à dormir), impossible de s’endormir avant minuit voire 2h du matin (soirées avec DJ, ... juste sur le square en face de l’hôtel-tous les jours vous avez qq chose d'organisé ou d’imprevu...). Puis réveil à 5h10 tous les matins par une foule qui hurle. D'après la police que nous avons consultée, une boîte de nuit toute proche qui accueille 200 personnes ferme à 5h et ils viennent tous finir la fête en face de l'hôtel. Les policiers sont là tous les matins pour les évacuer (« les cellules sont pleines chaque matin »), puis vous avez droit à partir de 6h aux livraisons, camions-poubelles, services de nettoyage... Bref, vous ne dormez plus. C’est totalement incorrect de proposer des chambres dites « familiales » alors qu’on ne sait pas dormir. Cet hôtel à prix élevés ne remplit pas sa mission de base : y dormir ...
