In the heart of a hamlet not far from Arlempdes, one of the most beautiful villages in France, this former farmhouse was completely renovated in 2020 to offer you a wonderful stay in Haute-Loire in a modern and spacious accommodation.

Ideally located, this cottage will allow you to visit a large number of tourist sites such as Lake Bouchet and the Allier Gorges, the medieval Château d'Arlempdes, the Loire Gorges, the Estables sports resort at the foot of Mount Mézenc, as well as the UNESCO-listed monuments of Puy-en-Velay.

This cottage is ideal for reconnecting and recharging your batteries with family or friends.

All shops and services are located in Costaros, 5 km away. The spacious living room features a large fitted kitchen, a dining area, and a living room (two sofa beds are available). A bathroom and a separate toilet, as well as a laundry room (with a washing machine and storage space) complete the ground floor.

The sleeping area is located on a split level and offers three bedrooms, all with a shower room, a toilet, and storage closets.

Upstairs, a double bedroom with a sloping ceiling and low ceilings is ideal for children.

You will have access to a closed garage and an unfenced plot of land (3000m²) with private parking and a swing.

A very pleasant furnished terrace will welcome you for sunny breakfasts or late drinks.

A spa is available in a separate room from the cottage.

At your disposal: baby equipment (crib, high chair, bathtub), parasol, barbecue, and pétanque court.
