Welcome to Fernwood, an adorable and updated Blue Lake Springs cabin that’s ready to be your home base for your next adventure in the Sierra! With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a loft, there’s room for up to 8 guests to enjoy this charming and cheerful retreat. The main floor includes the great room with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace, the dining room, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom/laundry. Upstairs is the 3rd bedroom and loft along with the second full bathroom. Enjoy outdoor living at its best with three deck options: a large main deck, a cozy side deck, and a roomy upstairs deck, perfect for soaking up the mountain air. Stay comfortable year-round with mini-splits in the bedrooms for air and heat. The level driveway offers easy year round access and plenty of parking. Enjoy summertime access to Blue Lake Springs rec center with 2 lakes, swimming pool, tennis/volleyball/basketball and so much more (guest fees apply). You’ll also be in close proximity to all our area has to offer including Bear Valley Ski Resort, Big Trees State Park, the Arnold Rim Trail, as well as wine tasting, shopping, dining, hiking, and more!

Fernwood sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms plus extra sleeping in the great room. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are both located on the main floor, each with a Queen bed. Bedroom 3 is located upstairs with a King bed. There is a Queen fold out in the great room. There is a full bathroom on the main floor (this bathroom also has the washer and dryer) and another full bathroom upstairs.
