Cosy duplex apartment located in the heart of touristic Playa de Las Américas , in a very popular complex Parque Santiago I, just 200 meters from the coast. On the first floor there is a salon combined with a kitchen and a 7 m2 terrace overlooking the garden. The stairs lead to second floor with the bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and a small room with 1 single bed. It is perfect for three people, but can accommodate up to five people.

The accommodation is equipped double sofa bed, iron, safe, high speed internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, communal swimming pool, 2 TV, satellite, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, capsule coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
