The Space:
Mirador 24 – One Bed is an enchanting apartment located in Los Cristianos, Tenerife, perfect for up to 4 guests, ideally suited for two adults and two children. This apartment is fully equipped with modern amenities including air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and a washing machine. Its expansive terrace bathes in sunlight throughout the day and is tastefully appointed with a plush L-shaped rattan sofa and a matching small table. For outdoor dining, the partially shaded section of the terrace offers a patio table with chairs and a pair of sun loungers, all complemented by delightful sea and mountain views.

Inside, the living area merges contemporary elegance with comfort, featuring an L-shaped cream sofa bed, dual coffee tables, and a flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels. Adjacent to the living room is a sleek dining area with a modern table and two chairs. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with a range of high-end appliances including a tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, built-in microwave, kettle, and coffee maker.

The bedroom is designed for relaxation with two single beds, bedside tables with lamps, and an occasional chair, with patio doors that open directly onto the terrace. The bathroom enhances the modern feel of the apartment with a rainbow walk-in shower, a stylish wash hand basin with a mirror above, and a WC.

A separate cupboard houses a washing machine and hot water tank, so the apartment has it's own hot water supply.

Lead guest should be 25 years or older. No groups of all males or all females. No groups of largely under 25 year olds. Families preferred.
