Apartment II (120 sqm 2-8 pers.)

Our top floor apartment offers plenty of space for 2-8 people and is ideal for families who want to spend their vacation with us.


Come in....

They are located in a large hall with a cloakroom and access to the individual rooms. A double room (extra bed possible) with a large balcony and a triple room also with a balcony awaits you.

The living area:

A large equipped kitchenette with additional pantry and a large table for 8 people invites you to eat together. The comfortably furnished living room, with a large couch and armchair, flat-screen TV, is also in this room. Here, too, there is a large balcony that invites you to linger in the sun or to wind down in the evening.
The third bedroom for three people (bed 140x200 + 90x200) is in the living area, which is separated by a door.

The large bathroom is ideal for the whole family, it has two washing areas, hair dryer, shower, bathtub and toilet.

Our house is surrounded by blooming meadows, with a large lawn with a children's playground that invites you to linger and relax.

The town center is only a few minutes away. There you will find shops and many inns that are known for their good food.

We offer our guests, beverage and bread service, breakfast for an extra charge.

Our house also offers a bit of wellness and relaxation.
Our masseuse and podiatrist Katja pampers our guests. Simply make an appointment with us and visit next to your wellness parlor.


The quiet forest edge of our house is the ideal starting point for beautiful hikes.

Some marked hiking trails lead past the house. Whether hiking, cycling, skiing in winter the Bavarian Forest offers you many opportunities to be active in sports.
