Falharam no atendimento. Cheguei cedo e fiz o check in, mas o horário do hotel é só a partir das 15h. Me disseram que liberariam mais cedo o quarto se já estivesse arrumado. Retornei uma primeira vez e me disseram que ainda não estava pronto, retornei uma segunda vez às 14:30h e disseram que ainda não estava pronto. Chegou uma família, foi prontamente atendida e liberada o check in e o quarto muito rapidamente. Quando deu 14:55h liberaram meu quarto. Acho que Faltou comunicação com o serviço de quarto pois se o check out é às 12h e eu cheguei às 10h era só avisar ao pessoal que arrumassem o quarto pois o hóspede já havia feito o check in. Não é pela entrada mais cedo e que como houve uma expectativa de entrada mais cedo eu deixei de fazer outras coisas. Fora isso o hotel está de parabéns!
