This wonderful 4-bedroom house is characterized by its spacious and green exterior.

Inside the house, we find 4 large bedrooms. The first bedroom is quite spacious and has a double bed. Two others have two single beds each and the last one has a single bed. Three of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and one of them on the second floor. There are 4 complete bathrooms with showers, two of them inside two of the bedrooms. In addition, one of the bathrooms also has a nice bathtub.

The dining room is prepared to receive your entire family. The independent kitchen has everything essential for those who enjoy cooking. Outside, we find a fantastic porch with a barbecue area, where you can organize great evenings. Although without a doubt, the best thing about the house is its large private pool with views of the mountains of Ronda. In addition, the house has a large garden area where you can enjoy nature.

The town of Arriate is a short drive away, and here you can find everything from shops to bars and restaurants.

Disliked: Cleanliness

El Olivar Arriate

The villa did not meet with the standard shown on the listing. Cleanliness was an issue and various items stated as available were not. The pool was badly in need of maintenance and the pump was not turned on. Kitchen facilities were inadequate, there was no kettle and no bowls. The pool table had no balls and was in fact not a pool table with pockets as implied.
Living room floor was not cleaned.
Cobwebs on the beams.
No sign of recent cleaning and polishing.
Dust and grime in corners and behind ornaments.
