Private: natural state property 400 m2. 60 m long bumpy motor access. Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 12 km, bus stop "Eikerapen" 160 m, ferry "Kristiansand" 83 km, swimming bay 2 km. Minigolf 5 km, children's playground 5 km, fishing possibilities 2 km.
