Newly renovated accommodation

The place is clearly a newly rennovated farm building, perhaps to the extent of being a re-build on an existing foot print. It looks like there might end up being around 8 rental properties on site. The kitchen is well laid out, and whilst there was pleny of stuff for the three of us, I think a few top-ups might be in order if this is really intended for 4-6 people. Hot water is through a tank, so limited in quantity - there was just enough for showers (in the small downstairs bathroom) but one bath (upstairs) seemed to be the limit. Both bedrooms are in the roof space, well laid out, but taller folk will spend their time bent over. Quiet area, convenient for supermarkets, and main roads to local attractions (Ashby Castle, Twycross Zoo etc.)

Lovely converted barn

Dawns converted barn was a beautiful place to stay, very comfortable with everything we needed. Lovely and clean and just great for our family. Beautiful surroundings and a lovely lake to walk to.
