The room was clean; shower stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Mini fridge was adequate but froze our drinks. Pillows were horrible as always. You would think these hotels would invest in some decent pillows or rotate their stock frequently. Breakfast consist of waffles, egg patties, sausage, cereal, fruit, yogurt, milk, juice or coffee. The water must have a softener or something in it because you were left with a filmy feeling after washing. Towels were soft and clean. Good place to stay and I would stay there again.

After my very poor experience dealing with the Biltmore inn personnel, I was pleasantly pleased when I called the country inn & spoke with Claudia. She was extremely friendly & helpful with my reservation. The room was spacious & clean at an affordable price.
