Magical mountain home! This new 4-bedroom home, completed in July 2018, sits nestled above Carrier Park with sweeping, panoramic views of the mountains and the French Broad River. Perfect for a family vacation or a getaway. Enjoy an easy stroll to Asheville Adventure Park where you can rent tubes and kayaks for a spectacular ride on the river. Only 2 miles from downtown and one of the best locations in Asheville city limits. The house is a wonderful retreat furnished in a contemporary decor. The house comfortably sleeps 12-14 people with three king beds, four twin beds in bunk bed style, a pull-out full-size couch and Queen aero bed. Each king bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two bunkbeds.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from French Broad River. A gym, laundry facilities and an arcade/games room are available. The holiday home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.
