Room was excellent - staff was very friendly. The hotel has this whimsical, theatrical wonkiness which is excellent. My only complaint is that we stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. The bed was made, towels were restocked. Minibar was not reliably- thus no coffee in the morning :-( .... and surfaces in the room or bathroom were never wiped, little rug, never vacuumed.... :-( Aside from this I would give the hotel 5 stars!

This boutique gem in Asheville’s vibrant River Arts District offers an unforgettable blend of artistic flair, comfort, and genuine hospitality.  ✨ First Impressions & Atmosphere The hotel’s aesthetic is bold, creative, and totally unique — walls adorned with murals, industrial-chic design, and modern artistic touches give the entire property a personality of its own. It felt like staying in a living art installation that didn’t compromise on comfort. Staff were so nice and considerate! We will definitely be back!

Breakfast was delicious just took 45 minutes and had to ask where food was and it took 3 people before we got refunded as should have been offered by person we ordered from in first place but in end they did make it right Bar staff - Al on rooftop and Tony in afternoon bar were great!

This hotel was amazing! From the artwork on the walls to the rooftop deck and the incredible coffee in the morning, everything was thoughtfully done. I felt it was reasonably priced, and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Not to mention, the bathrooms were beautiful. All in all, I’d give it a 5 out of 5—or even a 10 out of 10. If you’re in Asheville, this is the place to stay!

The decoration of the hotel is really radical but all the good ways. Very colorful and interesting. Our room was fantastic, modern in every way including heating/air, curtain closing and the bathroom. If I would mention anything maybe at night the room could have had more lights.
