The hotel was a great upscale unique option close to everything. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the wicker basket breakfast at the door between 8-9am was a nice touch. Everything from shopping to dining was within several blocks of walking. You’ll definitely get your steps in as well with the hills. The only issue with the area and it’s not the hotel’s fault, are the homeless drug addicts all over Asheville. They congregate across the street in the park. They don’t really harass you but they are a nuisance. Overall it’s a great hotel and I’d stay there again if I ever returned to Asheville.

Perfect hotel location to walk around downtown, however it was so cold during our stay we mostly enjoyed the hotel amenities, which were perfect. Each staff member we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and beautifully decorated. On-site restaurants/bars have delicious food and decent prices. My only suggestions would be to install exhaust fans in the restrooms and place full-length and magnifying mirrors in the rooms as these are pretty standard at most hotels now. We will stay here again for sure. I wish they had more locations across the country!

The Restoration Ashville is a fantastic hotel. With three levels with a bar and restaurant on each, what’s not to like. Did I mention the bowling alley on the lower level and the surprise free breakfast delivered each morning, it was hard to leave the hotel and tour the city, but I did. I highly recommend the LaZoom comedy bus tour. This was a great way to see all that downtown Ashville has to offer. The Biltmore Hotel was one of the sites I visited but Ashville has so much more. The food is great and the city itself is someplace I’ll definitely visit again in the future.

The room was wonderful. Comfy and super clean The staff was superb. Including the valet men. The front desk staff was exceptional. They ALL went above and beyond and made us feel at home. We enjoyed everything about this hotel. It's location was great, the facility was very nice, the staff was fantastic. They went above and beyond. The Valet service did not start until 7:00 a.m. and we had to leave around 5:00 a.m. for the airport. The front desk staff had our car waiting in front of the hotel. We did not expect that, and it would have been very easy to walk out the back door to our car. I would stay here again without hesitation. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It was a great find.

We absolutely loved staying at The Restoration in Asheville. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly. The room was elegantly decorated, room amenities perfect, and the basket of goodies in the morning at our door made the start of each day perfect. We enjoyed the complementary charcuterie board and wines each evening, and enjoyed an after dinner beverage downstairs at the fabulous Dutchman Bar in the lower level. Will definitely be back!
