Clarendon Townhomes are only three blocks from the Aspen Mountain gondola and downtown Aspen. This townhouse spans two floors, with the main living area on the first floor. The entry flows into an open kitchen/dining/living area with a gas fireplace and access to a private patio. Upstairs, the bedrooms and bathrooms also feature vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. There is a washer/dryer inside the townhouse.
