Tämä hiljattain ja kauniisti kunnostettu 3 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen asuntoyhtiö Aspen-ytimessä on showstopper! Huoneisto sijaitsee ensimmäisessä kerroksessa maisemoitujen puutarhojen kanssa, jotka toivottavat sinut tervetulleeksi kotiin, ja yksityisen parvekkeen huoneiston takana ulkopuolella, jossa on pöytä, tuolit ja kaasugrilli. Kun astut sisään huoneistoon, sinua odottaa upea luonnonkivestä valmistettu lattia, joka kutsuu sinut yksikön sydämeen. Suoraan oikeallesi on ylimitoitettu vierashuone, jossa on king-size-vuode, TV ja oma sisäänkäynti yhteiseen saliin. Aulan toisella puolella on toinen vierashuone, jossa on 2 kerrossänkyä. Keittiössä on tyylikkäät, puhtaat linjat, joissa on valkoiset kaapit, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, yhden kulhon pesuallas ja upea marmorinen työtaso, joka on avoinna viihde- ja olohuoneeseen. Olohuoneessa on ympäröivä sohva ja luonnollinen puulämmitteinen takka. Huoneessa on sohva ja puupöytä. Tummat puupalkit, ovet ja tummat aksenttiosat määrittelevät tilan ja lisäävät rikkaan, tyylikkään tunnelman huoneistoon. Huoneiston ulkopuolelta löydät suksikotelon henkilökohtaiseen käyttöön. The property management was very helpful and attentive to all of our needs. Great location, but not ski in/ski out. you can ski out to the lift, but your walking back from the base, about a 5-7 minute walk.

We loved everything about the place - comfy, clean, spacious. It was roomy for 6 adults and 2 grown kids. Location was spot on and we enjoyed the pool as well. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was 3 reasons: the wifi didn't work for all of us -most of us stayed on data, living room TV barely responded to the remote and parking more then one vehicle was a challenge. When asking where to park the office had no other options besides street - which was impossible and we found a garage a walk away. Would saved an hour of driving around if they had suggestions for parking options. Other then those 3 items - it was a really nice place and now that we know the drill...we would definitely consider staying there again.

Loved our stay in Aspen

Our family of 6 adults were very pleased with this unit. Having 3 bedrooms each with a full bath in them was great! Loved the long kitchen bar and all the amenities in the kitchen. One improvement would be to have move seating in the family room area. The heated floors in the master bath was awesome. It seemed like the heated floor in one of the other bathrooms wasn’t working. The location was perfect and we did not need a car as you could walk to all the amazing shopping and restaurants. There is a slight graded hill when going to and from downtown but we liked the added cardio! Loved how close it was the the lifts- very easy walk. Ubers and Lyfts can be hard to get so definitely need to have set up transportation to and from the airport (which is so close which is another huge plus).The property management was amazingly responsive with any questions I had. We had tried to get instacart to deliver basic groceries to stock our unit but because it was the busiest week in Aspen they kept cancelling and postponing so it got too late into our stay that we just cancelled and walked to the City Market that is right downtown. Luckily we didn’t have to lug cases of water back to the place because Aspens Tap water is very good to drink. Make dinner reservations ahead of time if you are there during a busy time because we couldn’t even get into a couple restaurants we wanted to try and I started trying to get reservations 30 days prior as that was soonest you could try

Great location

We were in Aspen for a family wedding. The location was perfect for our events. I liked having 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms There was a room with bunk beds which I got which was fine. I’m not sure I had remembered that. I’m 70 I gave the other two to the couples in our group. The apartment is dark. But communication was outstanding. I appreciate that. Thank you. !

Lovely Stay

Always love staying at this condo. One block up the hill from St. Regis. Great location. One small set of stairs down to this unit. Otherwise all one level. Easy to unload luggage and groceries. Fully stocked. Comfortable bedding, extra blankets, towels and pillows, fans in every room and dehumidifiers. Love the heated bathroom floor in the master. The kids love the pool and hot tub (both are very clean). Plenty of parking. This unit is shaded by trees which is great in the summer - keeps it nice and cool without the fans. Love that the Aspen Mtn trail is right behind it & best of all this property management is great. We have never had an issue with them. They always are great at communicating and their properties are always well kept & CLEAN.

Modern place in center of the city

Comfortable Condo

We stayed March 23-30, 2024. Two master bedrooms for two couples in town for skiing worked well. Well appointed and recently remodeled. There were a few things that were in need of repair or non-working and with the price point, a disappointment.

Fantastic

Amazing place to stay and would recommend! We had 7 guests and 2 dogs and the place fit us all without any problems. We really enjoyed that every bedroom had its own bathroom as well. Location is pretty good and just a quick walk into town. Pool and spa were also a plus!

Fantastic condo

The location is superb, truly ski in/ski out. Use of the ski locker was great. The property management is top notch—excellent communication. It was very clean and comfortable condo. Would definitely stay again.

Great Aspen condo

We truly enjoyed our stay. My husband and I were there with our adult daughters and their boyfriends. It was a little cramped for 6 adults but we made it work. We also had to deal with a leaking toilet. The location was amazing and we all enjoyed the pool each afternoon. We had a great trip!

Not what we expected and advertised

Definitely not a ski in / out at all even with all the lifts open. It’s up On a hill and you have to walk at least 2 1/2 blocks to the mail gondola. Super tiny we could not have all of us in the living room at the same time. Poor shade and you can see straight from outside to inside and outdoor lights goes straight on to both bedrooms. Kids were exhausted during because they couldn’t sleep due to the lights being so bright. Such a bummer for our first visit to Aspen

Wonderful Stay

We had a GREAT time in Aspen and thoroughly enjoyed this updated and beautifully appointed first floor condo! We loved that it was 3 bedrooms AND 3 baths with just the perfect amount of room for our family of 4 adults. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need and more. Love that! The location can't be beat with everything within walking distance for us! Check in was a breeze with Rosanne. Thank you! We will most DEFINITELY be renting this unit again!

Great location

Cute place! GREAT LOCATION!! The property managers are fantastic. Check in was easy and convenient. They are exceptional. The unit is in a great location in Aspen. Nice pool and hot tub on site. Great trail right behind the building to hike on! Would be very easy to ski into the property. Possible to ski out but would be an incline at first. I can’t say how hard it would be since we went in the summer, but def do-able. Clean, well kept, mattresses on the king beds are medium firm; bunks were soft. The property is well equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need (minus groceries), but includes the basics- paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, dishwashing detergent pods, spices, cleaning supplies, olive oil, coffee filters. Plenty of towels. The property managers are topnotch at stocking things. The location of this complex is uphill, but not a super steep incline. It’s two blocks up from St Regis on the left. Easy walk to town for everything you need. No car necessary! Location, location, location!
