#302 is a top floor two bedroom unit. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a split king bed. The kitchen has been beautifully upgraded and there is a dining table with seating for six. Both bathrooms have been attractively upgraded, one with a walk-in shower and one with a tub/shower combination. There is a queen pullout sofa in the living room. The outside balcony has scenic views of Red Mountain.

Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. Great location - updated interior

We had a great experience with this condo. The bathrooms have been updated fairly recently. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything anyone would need. There was plenty of room to relax. On one of the days we were there, the weather didn't cooperate. So, we ordered in from one of the many great restaurants nearby and watched movies. Once the weather cleared, we walked to downtown and explored. We definitely will return when we can.

Very nice condo in a Condo/Hotel establishment, including daily cleaning service. Very pleasant front office staff, gave us great information when we arrived. Within walking distance of town (minutes). We left the car in the parking lot the whole town. Visited Maroon Bells using public transportation and a bus (busy place, but a bit of hike and you lose most everybody), did some rafting, pickup also nearby, and path biking, rental almost next door.. Aspen is gorgeous, and of course deserves the reputation of being overpriced.

Aspen Wedding

We attended a wedding in Aspen and were lucky enough to stay at Lift One. The 2br condo was immaculate.. The check-in process a piece of cake, and the staff at the property wonderful. If you have an event in Aspen or are visiting you will not be disappointed. Fantastic stay!

A very nice place within walking distance to Aspen

Neat and clean rental. The staff was friendly and helpful! Overall very nice ! The master bed sunk but heard they will replace the bed. Dishwasher is not user friendly but we figured it out!

A lovely ski getaway!

The condo was exactly as pictured and all the extra service added to a perfect ski vacation. Check in was simple and easy and the front desk was very helpful in helping us find restaurants, grocery store, which mountain to ski, where to rent skis, how to get around town etc. The hot tub was large and fabulous!! Nice and toasty with 3 little grotto areas that allowed it to be somewhat private even when others were in the tub. Daily maid service was excellent and having a newspaper delivered to the door in the morning was a nice touch. The bed was a bit squishy and the TVs a bit small but overall a wonderful place that we will definitely go back to!!

Great location- walking distance to Aspen Mtn lift, shopping and bus stop for other mountains. Bus drop off is right in front of condo. Nice large hot tub but is only open til 8pm nightly. Bedrooms were nicely decorated with separate heat controls for each room.
