Villa Verde Luna is a characteristic and welcoming two-story age-old farm house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Verde Luna you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of Assisi. Villa Verde Luna is 240 square meters (2600 square feet). The swimming pool is 12.5 meters (40 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, from 1.10 meter (3.60 feet) to 1.40 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from mid-May until mid-September.
Patio
The patio is 28 square meters (301 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch made of stone. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
Garden
The garden is 800 square meters (8610 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees and by a porch. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of Assisi.
