The bathroom that is separated from the toilet has lots of natural light and wonderful view. The room is spacious and clean. Good value for the prince. The breakfast buffet was great but it would have been nicer if they also serve simple dinners besides reservation only, pricy buffet dinner since there is no dining options nearby. Taxi costs about 1800 yen and the bus schedule is limited both local and shuttle bus.

Our family visited Atami during New Year and literally checked in on New Year Eve! The staff were super welcoming and helpful. We actually went to the wrong hotel building at check in, and they immediately sent a pick-up for us to get to the correct building. The meals included in our hotel package were all buffet, and the food was amazing! There was a very wide variety of choices. You can even enjoy the ocean view during breakfast if the balcony (and shower) in your room is not enough for you to admire the beautiful Atami :) We would love to visit again during Summer to see the fireworks!

オーシャンビュー8Fの部屋で、眺望も良く綺麗に清掃されていて広い部屋でした。 担々麺が夜食に食べられるのでしたが、ビュッフェでお腹一杯、次回来た時にはぜひいただきたいです。 熱海駅前の商店街散策は離れていて、バスの最終も間に合わず、行けなくて残念でした。 また、友人にもお勧め、リピートしたいホテルです

網戸、襖の枠など少々汚れてはいますが全体的には清潔感があります。 お風呂場のゴミ箱が溢れていて床にゴミが転がっていた、他のホテルでは床を常に綺麗にしてる人がいたが…ここは居ないようです。 ブッフェ＝品数が多くて楽しかったです！空になった物もすぐ補充してくれました。 お風呂＝本館だけでなく別館のお風呂にも入れて2倍楽しめました！徒歩で行ったので坂が大変でしたが… 人手不足なのでしょう 外国人のスタッフさんが頑張っています。少々言葉が分かりづらいところもありますが、とても一生懸命でした。
